These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the website www.methodfy.com (the “Website”) operated by Methodfy v. PADigit Consult (“we”, “us”, “our”), including any digital products purchased through the Website.
By using the Website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Methodfy offers digital products in the form of downloadable PowerPoint templates and business slide decks. Products are sold on a one-time purchase basis and delivered digitally via our platform (hosted by Podia).
You must be at least 16 years old to purchase products from Methodfy. By using the Website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
All prices are shown in EUR or USD and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). Once your payment is confirmed, a download link will be made available.
Due to the nature of digital content, you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins, in accordance with EU and Danish consumer law.
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree that:
The digital content is delivered immediately after purchase
You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive
Accordingly, no refunds will be granted once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased templates for:
Your own internal business purposes
Sharing within your company or organization
Use in professional services as a consultant or freelancer, including in presentations or deliverables to your own clients
You may not:
Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or repackage the templates—whether in original or modified form
Offer the templates (or derivatives) as a standalone product or as part of a competing service or template library
Claim authorship or design credit for the original template content
Use the templates for any unlawful, unethical, or misleading purposes
This license is intended to support professional use but not commercial redistribution. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Methodfy v. PADigit Consult.
All content on the Website—including templates, designs, branding, text, and visuals—is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission. Unlawful use will be pursued under applicable laws.
Our products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the templates will meet your specific needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Methodfy v. PADigit Consult disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our products or Website.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the Website with the updated date. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
